As a member of the Outreach team, I worked with Google Analytics, Facebook, and Twitter to look at what content is important to our audience. The report includes pageviews, average time spent on site, and top stories. Working on the analytics team for a professional newsroom helped me to figure out the basics about analytics reports. I know now the importance they can have in measuring audience, and the reports can lead to experimentation in the newsroom.
